The NEC SL1100 has been replaced by the SL2100 with a host of added applications now available. No longer supported by NEC afer the 31st of March 2019.

The NEC/Nitsuko DXE has been replaced by the SL2100 and has not been supported by NEC for many years.



NEC XN120 Handset

The NEC XN120 has been replaced by the SL2100 and is no longer supported by NEC. 




NEC Aspire Handset

The NEC Aspire has been replaced by the SL2100 or the SV9100 depending on your Business Requirements. 



Whilst the above systems are no longer supported by NEC, Cortell Technologies stocks a limited supply of spare parts for them.

NEC SV8100

NEC has formally declared the SV8100 end of life as of the 31st of March 2019 for System and MyCalls Licenses.
This means that no new user licenses for NEC Systems or Application software (UC, InApps, MyCalls) will be available for sale and no further Software Updates will be made available.

In order to smooth the transition to the SV9100 series NEC have introduced a simple and low cost upgrade path. Many components can be transferred across to the SV9100 including all NEC Digital & IP handsets, this enables you to retain maximum investment in existing hardware and continue to enjoy full support and expansion capabilities, as well as access to new applications and stress-free conversions to SIP.
